Mouth	A light, fresh, elegant, open-coloured wine, with a good balance of acidity and soft tannins, enhanced in an expressive and prolonged finish.
Suggestion	Perfect to enjoy with tomato based dishes, pasta al ragu, pizza, charcuterie, chicken tacos, octopus or veal.
Deadline	Ready for consumption. Can be kept for about 4 years
