TASTING NOTES

Appearance	Red-gold color.
Nose	Aromas of vanilla and spices, with light curry.
Mouth	Persistent wine in the mouth, characteristic taste with traces of vanilla and dried fruit.
Suggestion	It goes well with a wide variety of caramel or coffee desserts, as well as apple pie and traditional creams. Perfect with strong or blue cheeses such as Roquefort. It is also a very pleasant aperitif when served chilled with nuts.
