Ageing	Matured in large chestnut wood barrels.

Appearance	Light red-gold color.
Nose	Clear signs of maturation in chestnut wood, dominated by a rich bouquet caused by the oxidation process, noble, with notes of vanilla and hazelnut.
Mouth	Sweet and balanced flavor, with a long finish.
Suggestion	Excellent to serve with soft and ripened cheeses, fois gras, liver paste and dried fruit.
